There is no software available............
As per my knowledge there is no software that can track a sim card location.
There are only 2 ways:
1)Some website can trace it upto 100 metres and also the service isnt free as these website need the consent to the imobile tracking software free downloadndividual tracing to do the same.
2)Sim card location tracing can be replaced by mobile GPS satellite tracking.

I dont think such software are available for public use freely .Position of your moblie phone can be known only by two person either to the service provider ie hutch or to the IT crime department . And you must be knowing the secret electronic id of your mobilemobile tracking software free download .Lodge a complain with the police giving that id that will increase your chances of mobile
I strongly believe that is illegal, unless you work for some phone / network company and / or an anti-theft company.
