Norton is blocking me from using the picture sharing or video features on AOL Instant Messenger. Even when I have AIM set to allow in my firewall settings, or even when I turn the Norton firewall off, it still doesn't work. What caaol picture sharingn I do?
To add ports to the filter list:
1. In the Main window, click Options. If a menu appears, click Norton Internet
Security.
2. Click the Firewall tab.
3. Under HTTP Ports, click Add.
4. Type a port number and cliaol picture sharingck OK.
5. Repeat for all the non-standard ports you are using.
If all else fails you might have to use a different anti virus.
which ports? I'm using norton 360 2.5
